Most orders ship within 4 days of purchase and please note that adding wind service will incur a delay.
Pre-Order items usually ship within 10-15 days unless otherwise stated in the product listing.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification; allow at least 24 hours for the package to hit the mail stream. If an order has both ready-to-ship and dye-to-order items, the order will only ship once the dye-to-order items are ready.
International customers: we do NOT collect VAT, duties or any other fee your country may impose on imports. You may be charged customs/duties by your country over which we have zero control. Please do not ask us to fraudulently mark a package as "gift" or make any other attempt to bypass custom fees.
Must Stash is not responsible for lost or missing packages. We automatically add tracking to each package but not insurance. If you would like to add this additional service, please contact us prior to shipment and we are happy to do so for you for an additional cost to you.
