Return Policy

Unhappy with your new Stash? That's a bummer but we understand. Please read our Return Policy before creating your own return and if your skein is eligible, click the link at the bottom of this page to start your return. 

Return Policy:

If you need to make a return, you must do so within 30 days of purchase for store credit/refund. The item must be unused, and in its original state. Any skeins which have been cut are excluded from being returned; this includes if you have added wind service.

Returned goods must be in saleable condition (i.e. not wound either by us or you), in original packaging and unaltered in any way from hank form.

Once I have received your skein back in house and if it is accepted, we will initiate your refund. We cannot refund the shipping cost and so you will receive the full skein cost minus shipping to you and back to us.
