We ship every weekday! We ship worldwide! Most orders will ship within 4 days of purchase, however, for extremely popular items/sales it can take longer. Also, adding a wind service to your order will incur a delay.
Backordered/Dye to Order items usually ship within 10-15 days unless otherwise stated in the product listing.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification; please allow 24 hours for the package to hit the mailstream. If an order has both ready-to-ship and dye-to-order items, the order will only ship once the dye-to-order items are ready.
International customers: we do NOT collect VAT, duties or any other fee your country may impose on imports. You may be charged customs by your country and we have no control over if you will be charge, what that charge may be or how you would report this purchase to the correct authorities. Please do not ask us to fraudulently mark a package as "gift" or make any other attempt to bypass custom fees.
Must Stash is not responsible for lost or missing packages. We automatically add tracking to each package but not insurance. If you would like to add this additional service, please contact us prior to shipment and we are happy to do so for you for an additional cost to you.
