Return Your Stash

Unhappy with your new Stash? That's a bummer but we understand. Please read our Return Policy before creating your own return and if your skein is eligible, click the link at the bottom of this page to start your return. 

Return Policy:

If you need to make a return, you must do so within 30 days of purchase for store credit/refund. The item must be unused, and in its original state. Any skeins which have been cut are excluded from being returned (i.e. wound by us or you).

Returned goods must be in saleable condition, in original packaging and unaltered in any way from hank form.

Once I have received your skein back in house and if it is accepted, you will be given store credit or a refund for the cost of the skein (shipping is not refunded.)
