Shipping FAQ
We ship every weekday! We ship worldwide!
Ready to Ship Item: Most ready to ship items will be shipped within 4 days of purchase and please note that adding wind service will incur a delay.
Pre-Order Items: Preorders usually ship within 10-15 days unless otherwise stated in the product listing.
Orders with a mixture of Ready to Ship and Pre-Ordered Items: If an order has both ready-to-ship and dye-to-order items, the order will only ship once the dye-to-order items are ready.
When is tracking available: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification; allow at least 24 hours for the package to hit the mail stream. You can also follow your order through your account login/order status page.
International customers: we do NOT collect VAT, duties or any other fee your country may impose on imports. You may be charged customs/duties by your country over which we have zero control. Please do not ask us to fraudulently mark a package as "gift" or make any other attempt to bypass custom fees. For some of our international customers, we are able to pre-pay a flat rate of $9.95 USD for custom/duties fees. Please email to inquire whether or not we can add this to your order.
Lost packages: Must Stash is not responsible for lost or missing packages. We automatically add tracking to each package but not insurance (unless you choose Ground Advantage which automatically comes with $100 of insurance for lost or damaged packages-not for theft). If you need additional insurance, please contact us immediately after placing your order so we can calculate the additional fee which will be dependent on the value of your order.
