Kit colorway, Grand Canyon, is inspired by the natural beauty and splendor of this National Park and has 18 stripes of striated earth, sagebrush and pines.
Tuft Woolens:
Once again Martha has outdone herself with this kit's creations. Martha used Piñon Pine, a type of pine indigenous to the Grand Canyon and revered by locals, in a newly formulated hand balm that is absolutely divine.
Debuting as part of this exclusive kit is Tuft Woolens brand new Wildcrafted Piñon hand balm and salve. Piñon pines are native to the southwestern United States and have been used by Native Americans in the region for both food and medicine. A wonderfully fragrant resin, smelling soft, warm, and sweet, is exuded by the trees and sustainably hand collected and filtered before blending with Cocoa butter, Beeswax and Coconut oil. This salve can be used anywhere you need a little extra moisture.
The Tuft Woolens Sock Soap included, was inspired by the scent of sagebrush and cactus flowers and contains saponified oils of Coconut, Shea, Olive, Castor and Lanolin. What is Sock Soap? Tuft handcrafted Sock Soap is perfect for all of your woolens, handknits, and delicate items. Sock soap is all natural and contains lanolin which acts as a softening agent and conditions your wool and other natural fibers. No artificial surfactants or detergents are present in this soap. You can also use this as a softening body bar in the bath or shower!
To Use: Lather soap generously under cool running water in your sink or washing machine. For extra cleansing, you can rub bar directly on the soles of your socks and gently squish in the water. Let soak for 10 minutes and rinse well.
Tuft Woolens lip balm included is sweetened and flavored to remind you of a sweet and tart Prickly Pear fruit. Lip balm contains Coconut Oil, Beeswax, Sunflower Seed Oil, Cocoa Seed Butter, Shea Butter, Vitamin E, Aloe Leaf Juice and Ohio Honey.
