For shipping issues we recommend you contact your local post office branch, the sooner the better. The tracking for your package shows it was delivered to your mailbox on May 1st at 1:34pm. If it was misdelivered the post master at your local post office can look up the GPS location of the delivery and send an agent to retreive the package. I’ve yet to start knitting with the Old Glory yarn but the colors are awesome. The yarn feels soft
