Política de reembolso

Customer service is important to me and I want to make sure that you are happy with your purchase.

Please contact me first if you are unhappy with your skein for any reason. 

If you need to make a return, you must do so within 30 days of purchase for store credit/refund. The item must be unused, and in its original state. Any skeins which have been cut are excluded from being returned.

Returned goods must be in resale-able condition, in original packaging and unaltered in any way (either by you or by us - wound skeins are ineligible for refunds). Other Final Sale items include but are not limited to: Tuft Woolens, Mill Ends, Kits and Custom Orders.

You must contact me first prior to returning your skein. Returning your order without speaking to me first does NOT guarantee that it will be accepted. If accepted, you will be given store credit or a refund for the cost of the skein minus shipping. If your returned skein is not in saleable condition, I will contact you back to discuss our next step.
