Designer's Story:Amid the summer calm I wander the garden paths with a well-worn Jane Austen book in hand. The pages transport me through time to the gentle, rural rhythms of the Regency Era. As the words fill my mind, I dream of walking the same grounds as her beloved characters.Though I have yet to experience the grand landscapes of the English countryside, these stories bridge the gap. As if stepping through the pages, my feet find a new thoroughfare in the soft grass. These socks, inspired by the tangled beauty of a Regency hedge and the pale petals of a cottage garden, become a wearable landscape. Stitched with the spirit of a wild English hedgerow, they are the very road that carries me into a beautiful story told by a wonder of literature one stitch at time.

Return Policy:
If you need to make a return, you must do so within 30 days of purchase for store credit/refund. The item must be unused, and in its original state. Any skeins which have been cut are excluded from being returned; this includes if you have added wind service.
Returned goods must be in saleable condition (i.e. not wound either by us or you), in original packaging and unaltered in any way from hank form.
Once I have received your skein back in house and if it is accepted, we will initiate your refund. We cannot refund the shipping cost and so you will receive the full skein cost minus shipping to you and back to us.

When is tracking available: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification; allow at least 24 hours for the package to hit the mail stream. You can also follow your order through your account login/order status page.
International customers: we do NOT collect VAT, duties or any other fee your country may impose on imports. You may be charged customs/duties by your country over which we have zero control. Please do not ask us to fraudulently mark a package as "gift" or make any other attempt to bypass custom fees. For some of our international customers, we are able to pre-pay a flat rate of $9.95 USD for custom/duties fees. Please email to inquire whether or not we can add this to your order.
Lost packages: Must Stash is not responsible for lost or missing packages. We automatically add tracking to each package but not insurance (unless you choose Ground Advantage which automatically comes with $100 of insurance for lost or damaged packages-not for theft). If you need additional insurance, please contact us immediately after placing your order so we can calculate the additional fee which will be dependent on the value of your order.
